What can be more frustrating than when you wants to do your assignment only to realised that you don't have Microsoft words inside your computer, or after trying for 15 minutes just to realise that your desktop just die on you, or when you want to chat with your friends on MSN, only to find out that he put NTU hall 16 president's picture on his MSN.....

And guess what.....all 3 of them happen to me within the span of 1 hour!!!!!!!
